Executive Coaching

At Archipelo, we have come to realise that requirements for professional coaching must fulfil the needs of the organisation as much as the individual. 

In the spirit of authenticity, courage and embracing a growth mindset we strongly encourage investors in coaching to invite/challenge coachees to report back and seek support/guidance from their Line Manager throughout the process.  We also believe it is reasonable to provide a level of transparency and reporting to the People and Culture teams in order to measure and assess systemic themes that will emerge from the process.

    (3 sessions in 9 weeks)

  • Establish Leadership Impact package

    (6 sessions in 6 months)

  • Establish Leadership Impact and Implementation package

    (10 sessions in 12 months)

All of the above purchased in our ‘express coaching’ model, bundled into a workshop day rate vs 121 fees.

These sessions will be tailored to the individual & will be focused on identifying personal leadership wins and leadership blockers and a focus on activating business growth & delivering strategic objectives.  Provisionally, our programmes will likely cover the following topic areas:

  • A strong focus on activating and implementing personal change actions with direct business relevance

  • How to shift from an Effective Leader to a Generative ‘Enterprise’ Leader by creating a performance environment built on empowerment, personal growth, and strategic thinking in operations

  • Outlining personal themes and business goals to work through

  • Resolving key issues from the ‘data and analysis section,’ including a detailed action plan from the EQI 2.0 Leadership 360 assessment. This will address any perceived ‘ostrich syndrome’ or blind spots

  • Converting personal limiting beliefs and false assumptions into behavioural change and habit formation

  • Exploring passion areas and values, aligning them with business relevance and a future focus

  • Addressing real-time issues and opportunities as they arise

  • Learning how to influence, inspire, and activate key stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth


There will be a specific emphasis and pragmatic focus on defining leadership potential, growth plans and a catalytical series of ‘behavioural experiments’ to meet these new opportunities.
