Welcome to The Naked Coaching Club ‘Scoop’ page!
Welcome to the Archipelo Coaching Naked Coaching Club - ‘The Scoop’; your opportunity to ‘snack’ on valuable thought leadership to help you, your teams, and your workplace. Today’s estimated ‘snack reading time’ is just 90 seconds!
As you know from previous Scoop emails, we unify each edition with a hot and relevant theme we see in our live client work. With the summer holiday period coming up, we thought we’d focus this theme on the power of CUSTOMER CENTRICITY, specifically some hot book recommendations from our team to enjoy during the summer break.

Latest News
Firstly, we recently celebrated our 12th birthday milestone! Since the Covid era, we have achieved a ‘hat-trick’ of record-breaking financial years – so it feels right to give a big ‘shout out’ to our clients, partners, and cheerleaders, as well as a big well done to all our team members for making it happen. “So, what has this got to do with Customer Centricity?” I hear you say. Well, everything, actually. As a boutique consultancy, our success is largely due to our unwavering focus on exceeding client expectations and adapting to their ever evolving needs.
Our brand essence, “Growing your business [‘Archi’], building your people [‘Pelo’],” has always been a golden thread through to the transformational changes and outcomes we deliver. We love working with clients who view ‘budget spent’ on people and culture as an investment rather than a cost. ROI has always been at the heart of what we do, and we are about to become even better.
We are pleased to announce that we have made BIG moves to become even more effective in eliciting and implementing primary deliverables with you. We are thrilled to welcome some new experts to help you: Ross Boyd MBE & Nicola Moffat, experienced ex-leaders from the British Armed Forces and Google respectively, who will help us (and you) achieve more rigour with ‘OKRs’ and cutting-edge, agile ways of team working. Additionally, our evolved and exciting ‘High Performance Bootcamp Programme’ for Leaders/Managers is now available, with incredible client successes to back it up, as well as a new range of ‘spin-off’ intensive bootcamps sessions such as Great Meeting Culture, High-Performance Presentations, and Managing Pressure/Building Resilience. Finally, most client successes start with our powerful ‘Keynote Plus’ team offsites or company away days with Prof. Damian Hughes alongside our powerful & practical breakout workshops.

'Tribe' by Sebastian Junger
We often think about resilience in the context of the individual...a mindset, grittiness or an ability to roll with the punches. Junger looks at the importance of 'social resilience', the importance of connection for individuals recovering from trauma with some fascinating case studies from miners trapped underground to veterans returning from war.
